Purchasing Tickets Online / Errors

Purchasing Tickets

You do not need a PayPal account to purchase tickets, if you do not wish to use PayPal you can checkout as a Guest, if you would like to use PayPal just log into your account as usual.

Purchasing Errors

Please make sure you are using the most up-to-date software/browser available, if your still having issues try using a different browser to purchase your tickets if it's a PayPal issue.

Security

The ticketing system is stored on a secure server and all transactions taking place use encrypted data to ensure that your details are safe when making a purchase online.

How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take it with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number, or if your email is on a smartphone, you can use that to show your ticket booking confirmation. We recommend printing out the email, as the barcode will grant you quicker access on the day of your visit. (If you have not received a email in your inbox folder please check your junk folder)

I don't have a printer – how do I take my ticket with me?

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, with some ID on the day of your visit.

Is Car Parking available?

There is plenty of free parking at Hall Hill Farm, including disabled parking spaces, and coach parking.

Is there wheelchair access?

Some of the ground around the farm is uneven but can be accessed by wheelchair with care. There are 2 wheelchairs for customers use on a first come first serve basis (Wheelchairs can be reserved in advance by telephone 01388 731333). All animals are accessible however the tractor ride is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Can I use my Hall Hill Farm DigiTicket for a birthday party admission or Group Bookings?

No. A Hall Hill Farm DigiTicket is not valid in conjunction with a birthday party booking or group discounts. Any party/ group enquiries please contact 01388 731333

Can I use my Hall Hill Farm DigiTicket with other offers and promotions?

No. A Hall Hill Farm DigiTicket is not valid in conjunction with any other special offer, voucher or promotion.

Can I purchase a ticket/ additional ticket at Hall Hill Farm on the day?

Yes, they can be purchased on the gate during opening hours (April to October), but not at the online reduced rate.

Please note this does not apply to our Chritmas Events, Tickets must be purchased in advance as these events may become sold out.
