The Farm is open for general admission in December (Santa/Dasher are NOT included with these tickets), entry on the day will be refused without a pre-booked ticket.
- Tickets can only be used for the date you have selected, you will be unable to upgrade these tickets on the day to access Santa's Winter wonderland area, this is a limited event which is SOLD OUT.
- No Santa / No Dasher (Santa's Winter wonderland area), but christmas activities around the farm are included.
- Please arrive within a 15-minute window of your arrival time and the Farm closes at 4.30pm in December.
- All visitors and Annual Members must pre-book tickets in advance, you will not be able to purchase tickets from the Entrance on the day, or enter without an online ticket.
- Hands should always be washed with soap and water after touching the animals, before eating or drinking and after using the toilet, as gels and wipes may be unable to remove contamination in the way that running water can.
ONLINE TICKETS
NO REFUNDS will be issued unless your request is received by email to bookings@hallhill.co.uk at least 48hrs prior to the date of your booking.
If you do cancel your booking and 48hrs notice is given there will be an admin fee of £3.50 (per booking reference). If the event is cancelled we will issue a refund.
